Ingredients

- 1/2 cup full-fat organic coconut milk (or raw grass-fed milk or a homemade nut milk)
- 1–2 tsp real maple syrup (or raw local honey)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (organic, alcohol-free if possible)
- Dash of Ceylon cinnamon (optional, for blood sugar balance)
- Ice cubes (filtered water or coffee ice cubes for extra flavor)
Optional Add-ins

Directions:
- Brew the coffee and let it cool to room temperature, then chill it in the fridge (or brew it cold overnight).
