Ingredients
(All clean, non‑toxic, and dairy‑optional)
- 1 cup cold brew coffee or strong brewed coffee, chilled
- 2 tablespoons homemade cranberry syrup (recipe below)
- 1 cup frozen cranberries
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar or honey
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice or store-bought organic recommended
- ½ cup milk or milk alternative (oat, almond, or homemade nut milk)
- Optional: Ice cubes & orange slices or fresh cranberries for garnish
Directions
- Prepare the Cranberry Syrup:
In a saucepan, combine 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, 1 cup water, and 1 cup sugar. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes, until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens slightly. Strain through a fine mesh sieve, discarding solids, and let the syrup cool. Store in a glass container in the refrigerator for up to a week. - Assemble the Iced Latte:
In a glass, combine the chilled coffee, cranberry syrup, and orange juice. Stir well to combine. - Add Milk:
Pour in the milk of your choice and stir gently to integrate. - Serve:
Add ice cubes (if you like them, because at this point you should know that I do not haha) to the glass and garnish with orange slices or fresh cranberries if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
