Ingredients
(All clean, non‑toxic, and dairy‑optional)
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- 1 pump (about ½ ounce) of clean English toffee syrup or homemade (see below for a homemade toffee syrup recipe)
- Double shot of espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee) –or one shot of espresso depending on preference
- Milk or milk alternative (oat, almond, or homemade nut milk) to fill a 12 oz cup
- Optional topping: toffee bits for a little crunch
Directions
- In your coffee cup, combine the maple syrup and toffee syrup.
- Pour in the double shot of espresso (or strong coffee) and stir until fully blended. If you like a milder coffee taste, you may want to only do one shot of espresso.
- Steam or heat your milk of choice until warm (or froth using a mason jar and micro‑wave method).
- Add the warm milk to your mug, stirring gently to combine with the syrup and coffee.
- If preferred, top with a sprinkle of toffee bits for texture and visual flair.
