- ⅓ cup non‑dairy milk of choice (hot if making a hot latte)
- ¾ cup hot black coffee (strong brew or espresso)
- 3 tbsp pecans
- 2 Medjool dates
- 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice or homemade blend (warm spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, etc.). I personally prefer a homemade blend!
Feel free to increase this recipe and store some in a large mason jar for the next few days. Especially helpful on busy mornings!
Directions
- Add hot coffee and milk into a high‑speed blender along with pecans, dates, pumpkin purée, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Blend on high for about one minute until the mixture is creamy, frothy, and well combined.
- Pour into your favorite mug and serve immediately.
You can add ice to make this into a frappe! Just add ice cubes into your blender when combining. I also recommend waiting until your coffee or espresso is cooled or chilled.
